Day one

Today I went and bought a bunch of 9x12" pieces of felt in various colors, polyester fiberfill, some green pipe cleaners, big and small "good" scissors, some velcro, and a good supply of googly eyes. I came home and proceeded to get to work. Here is a picture of my first creation - a carrot.

By the end of the night, I'd made much more than a carrot! Here are all of my creations.
The corn took about an hour...my favorite was the squirrel!

Those are adorable, Amanda. What a fun project. If I were more ambitious, I may give it a try!

These are amazing - especially the squirel! I am totally blown away with your creativity, especially without a sewing machine. I've got a couple machines, and I don't think any that I would make would be any better, and possibly not as good. Your boys will LOVE playing with this house!

Thanks Brooke and Aunt Lynn - I'm having a lot of fun with it. I hope they will enjoy it a lot...it will be awhile before the actual playhouse panels come together...I'm going to get all the little stuff done first. Joshua is enjoying the small stuff, though...but he's a bit impatient with me to see the actual playhouse, not just bits and pieces of it!
